Contains organic stone ground spelt flour and organic vanilla powder. No milk products.  Add milk, eggs and butter or milk free substitutes. Basic recipe and suggestions for different varieties with the addition of dried fruits, spices, nuts or chocolate are included.  We also include a recipe for frosting.

Organic Chocolate Muffin Mix

Organic Whole Grain Muffin Mix, Unsweetened
KRAV certified

Contains organic stone ground whole grain spelt flour combined with stone ground spelt flour. Contains no milk products and no sugar leaving many options for substituting milk free ingredients as well as different sugars.  We use agave sirap, honey or sometimes a small amount of muscovado or Succanat sugar.  Basic recipe and suggestions for different varieties are included.  This mix makes really great savory muffins and  very good muffins with a lower sugar content.
